While still in high school she represented her school in international events such as in the Latin American Head Conference's Orchestra, and being selected to travel with other musicians from her school  to play  Andean Music for the Peruvian Ambassador in Holland.

During her final High School  years, she became interested in the music featured in movies and tv series,  starting to learn movie themes by ear, eventually sparking her interest in composition and leading her to collaborate with other musicians to write the music for her school plays during her final year.
